At-Home Learning Day

December 2020

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Due to a rise in faculty and staff COVID cases and lack of substitue teachers, Lenoir City Schools will move to virtual (at home) learning beginning December 1st through Tuesday, December 8^th.  Students will return to in-person learning on Wednesday, December 9^th.  

Teachers have prepared our students for this transition.  Teachers will be sending out emails and Reminds with information about student work and Google Meets.  Students will access their content via Canvas, and will have work to do daily.  It is important that students keep up with their assignments.  Assignments during virtual days do count in the students’ average. 

Students who are enrolled in courses with an associated end of course exam will need to report based on that schedule. You can review this information on the attached document outlining all testing updates for the fall 2020 assessment window.
