FRESHMAN ORIENTATION & PANTHER DAY SCHEDULE

AUGUST 3, 2026


FRESHMAN PARENT INFORMATION NIGHTS-  July 28 or July 30 from 5-6:00 p.m. We encourage all 9th-grade parents to choose 1 of these dates to come learn more about LCHS. 

NEW STUDENTS GRADES 10-12- If you are a new student to LCHS, you may join the Freshman Orientation from 9:30-10:35 (see schedule below). Parents of these students can join one of the Freshman Parent Information Nights listed above.

FRESHMAN ORIENTATION- begins at 9:00 in the auditorium. Transportation will NOT be provided.

PANTHER DAY - ALL students (10-12) can participate beginning at 10:30 in the gym/food truck area.

Panther Day activities are listed below!  Panther Day ends at 12:30.

10:30-12:00 Clubs/Athletics Fair in Gym

11:00-12:30 Food Trucks near the gym for students to purchase food. 

Other items to purchase during this time:

  • Parking passes - students MUST purchase a pass in order to drive to school and park.  We will be checking for parking passes throughout the year.

  • Yearbooks will be on sale for the lowest price of the season! $60

  • School spirit wear will also be available for purchase.

  • Raffle prizes and gift cards will be distributed throughout the day!
