WELCOME BACK!

It's been a great first week back! Our staff is impressive, excited, and ready to make this the best year yet! Students are also doing an amazing job with the new cell phone policy and following the dress code. We do want to remind students that once they are in the building, they can not go back out to cars without admin permission. Please try to remember to bring all necessary items with you when you enter the building. Student safety is always the #1 priority.

Late Arrival:
Students who have late arrival, should arrive at school by the start of the 2nd block, 9:55, in order not to be marked tardy.

PANTHER POINTS for PAWS CHARACTER PROGRAM

PAWSitive PROGRAM
Our PAWS character program began last year and focuses on P-POSITIVITY, A-ACCOUNTABILITY, W- WORK ETHIC, and S- SCHOOL SPIRIT. The 1st 9 weeks, we are recognizing and celebrating POSITIVITY! Every 9 weeks, we will focus on a different trait. Similar to last year, Individual students will be nominated by staff members and will receive an end-of-9-week small celebration. This year, we will also be awarding points to all students by grade level for displaying the character trait. The grade level with the most points at the end of the 9 weeks will also be recognized and celebrated with a small reward. At the end of the year, the grade level with the most points will be named our CHARACTER CLASS CUP CHAMPION and will be celebrated! We are excited to recognize positive behavior and strong character school-wide for all of our students.

BATTLE OF THE BRIDGE FOOD DRIVE!

It is almost that time! Please bring in canned goods or monetary donations to help us once again beat Loudon! We are seeking a 3-peat! Battle of the Bridge donations will be taken up during the 2nd block. Ham N Goodys Cookies orders are due on August 25th. They are $20 a dozen. $10 of the proceeds go to the Good Samaritan. This is the Good Samaritan's largest fundraiser, so not only are we helping our community, but we want to, of course, beat Loudon!
